Scott Harvey-Whittle who lost 8.1%  of body fat and 18 cm's

The winner Neil McAllister who lost 9.4% of body fat and 10 cm's!

Well done to everyone who took part.


The group as a whole lost 82lbs and 141 cm's in 12 weeks!

Poole Community Weight Loss Challenge Starts 13th January



The Weight Loss Challenge is a 12 week course providing weight loss coaching, nutritional education, tips, advice, support and a weekly weigh and measure.


The cost is just £39 for the full 12 weeks, which is just £3.25 a week so incredible value and this money is given back in prize money – so a great incentive to lose weight, as well as all the health benefits.

The last challenge ran from September to December 2014 at the Twin Sails Bar and Restaurant on Poole Quay.

It was great fun, there was lots of weekly prizes and quizzes too, so plenty of opportunity to win things!

Everyone who participated benefitted and improved their health. Between the attendees they lost a total of 103lbs with some notable individual performers. Matt Gillett lost 22.48bs whilst Miriam Armstrong-Young lost an incredible 39lbs. Wow – can you imagine how great they feel. Well done to all our winners.

As a vote of confidence, all of the participants have signed up to the new course starting on Tuesday 13th January 2015 


This is an excellent way to bring people together who have similar goals, along with their assigned coaches, participants make friends and mutually support each other.
